AI Shadowing is a 5–7 hour, hands-on consulting experience where a Dynaimix AI consultant joins your team virtually to observe, analyze, and redesign how you work — using artificial intelligence to unlock measurable productivity gains.

What Is AI Shadowing?

AI Shadowing isn’t a class or a keynote — it’s an *interactive consulting engagement.*

We work side by side with your team to identify operational challenges, uncover inefficiencies, and design actionable AI-driven solutions.

Whether that means developing a **Custom GPT**, a **Custom Project**, or an **AI Agent** (automation agent), our focus is on embedding AI into your existing processes so you can save time, reduce errors, and improve consistency.

How It Works

1. Discovery & Baseline Observation (Session 1 – 1.5 hours)**

A Dynaimix consultant joins your team via Zoom or Microsoft Teams to observe how you currently perform a key task or initiative.

Together, we:

• Map the workflow in real time.
• Document pain points and bottlenecks.
• Measure how long the process currently takes without AI (to establish a baseline).
• Begin exploring where AI can deliver the fastest time savings.

You’ll also see how tools like **Custom GPTs**, **Custom Projects**, and **AI Agents** can enhance your team’s daily productivity.

2. Research & Solution Development (Internal Review – 1–2 hours)

Between sessions, the Dynaimix team meets internally to review discoveries from Session 1.

We research possible AI solutions, test relevant tools, and begin designing a prototype strategy that fits your environment, culture, and SOPs.

This step bridges theory and execution — ensuring our next session focuses on the most practical and impactful options.

3. Solution Design & Workflow Integration (Session 2 – 1.5 hours)

We reconvene with your team to present potential solutions and demonstrate how AI can streamline or automate your work.

Together, we refine the approach, rebuild your **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** where needed, and establish a change-management plan to ensure smooth adoption.

4. Summary Report & Next Steps (2–3 hours of consultant time)

After both sessions, your Dynaimix consultant delivers a comprehensive **AI Shadowing Report**, which includes:

• A summary of the challenges identified
• A description of the recommended AI solutions
• Estimated time savings based on your baseline
• Updated SOPs and workflow recommendations
• A clear plan for implementation and ROI tracking

Foundational vs. Custom Tools

During the shadowing process, we determine whether your challenge can be solved with a **foundational AI solution** — such as a Custom GPT, Custom Project, or AI Agent — or whether it requires a **Custom Tool** that combines AI with custom coding.

These advanced Custom Tools often leverage technologies like:

2. Select an Idea Together

Once the request is received, we meet briefly to select one specific problem, process, or initiative to focus on — something that’s high-impact, measurable, and ready for improvement.

3. Schedule Your Shadowing Session

We’ll assign a Dynaimix consultant and schedule your first session. From there, the process begins — discovery, research, design, and measurable transformation.
