Hunt Electric, a national design-build electrical contractor, welcomed Dynaimix AI’s CEO & Founder Chris Carr and AI Trainer Dan Callahan for a two-day executive-level AI training at their Eagan, MN headquarters. This “Intro to AI” session was tailored to the leadership team’s real-world needs—and focused on leveraging their in-house LLM platform: Abacus.AI.
The Opportunity:
While a few team members had been exploring Abacus.AI, most were still new to AI-powered tools. This training served as both an introduction to artificial intelligence and a deep dive into the platform their company has already invested in. With executives and managers in the room, the session focused on decision-making, operational efficiency, and practical next steps.
Training Highlights:
- Platform Familiarity: Walkthroughs of Abacus.AI’s core capabilities—helping users understand how to get more from their existing tools.
- AI Deep Agents & Assistants: Hunt’s team had already begun developing app-like agents, making the session’s hands-on frameworks a perfect complement.
- Context-Aware Prompting: Teams explored how to build AI assistants that understand their unique workflows, including capturing and digitizing handwritten notes.
- Productivity Integrations: The trainers demonstrated how to connect Abacus.AI to external applications like Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive, unlocking actionable insights from emails, meetings, and project files.
The session helped turn a year-long investment in AI into a more scalable, teamwide solution. Attendees left the training with real ideas and working models for how to apply AI across roles.
