A group of 25 professionals from Quandel Enterprises gathered at the Hershey Country Club for a two-day “Intro to AI” training delivered by Dynaimix AI. Led by AI trainer Dan Callahan, the sessions were packed with practical insights on AI adoption, Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and future-ready workplace tools.
From the start, it was clear this group brought a deep level of technical knowledge to the table. Quandel, a Microsoft-forward organization, has already been experimenting with AI across departments. Their CEO kicked off the seminar by acknowledging the competitive pressure to adopt AI—and affirmed their company’s decision to be all in.
Day 1 & Day 2 Highlights:
- Focus on Copilot Mastery: The training centered around unlocking the full capabilities of Microsoft Copilot and its integration across Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
- AI Agent Strategy: The biggest lightbulb moment came from understanding how to develop and refine custom agents—digital assistants that improve performance through focused task automation.
- AI Vision & Tool Awareness: Although Copilot was the core, participants also explored AI Vision, Gemini, and ChatGPT to understand how different tools fit into the AI ecosystem.
- Google Workspace & Microsoft Innovation: Attendees gained insight into how generative AI is reshaping both major productivity suites—and how Quandel can take advantage regardless of the platform.
While each Quandel company had used AI in some form before, this training elevated team-wide literacy and gave departments a shared framework to move forward.
