Dynaimix AI | Your Questions, Answered

Your AI Questions,
Answered.

Everything you want to know about how Dynaimix works, what we deliver, and why contractors across the country trust us to lead their AI adoption.

Getting Started — 5 Questions

We want to adopt AI but have no idea where to begin. What does working with Dynaimix actually look like?
Most organizations start with a structured discovery phase — planning sessions with your stakeholders before any training is delivered.
Before any training is delivered, we run planning sessions with your stakeholders to understand your workflows, data sensitivity, team readiness, and organizational goals. From there we build a phased rollout, starting with foundational AI literacy for all office staff, then layering in role-specific training for Project Managers, Safety Managers, HR, and leadership. You do not need to have it all figured out before you reach out. That is what we are here for.
Our team has zero AI experience. Is that going to be a problem?
Not at all — that is exactly where most of our clients start.
Our Intro to AI program is built specifically for teams with no prior AI background. Every lesson is grounded in real contractor workflows, so the learning curve feels natural and immediately relevant rather than technical or overwhelming.
What makes Dynaimix different from a general AI training company?
Most AI training is built for tech companies or corporate generalists. Dynaimix is built specifically for contractors.
Our instructors have hands-on experience across electrical, mechanical, fire protection, plumbing, and engineering and architecture. When we teach an AI use case, it reflects how your teams actually work in the field and in the office. We also speak nationally for NECA, MCAA, and SMACNA, which keeps us at the front of where the industry is heading.
How long before our team starts seeing real results?
Our training is built around immediate application — participants leave every session with tools they can use the same day.
We show outcomes first, provide the exact prompts used to achieve them, and then guide hands-on practice so results start in the training room. Teams typically identify 20 to 30 percent productivity improvements in their most repetitive tasks within the first few weeks.
Do you work with companies outside of electrical contracting?
Yes. Electrical contracting is our deepest specialization, but we work across the broader construction ecosystem.
We have extensive experience across mechanical contracting, fire protection, plumbing, and engineering and architecture. If your work involves field teams, project management, safety compliance, and complex documentation, we are built for you.

Training and Curriculum — 6 Questions

What courses do you offer and who are they designed for?
Every track is built around a specific role and the real work that role does every day — from Intro to AI all the way to executive leadership.
  • Intro to AIThe universal starting point for any employee, no experience required
  • AI for Project ManagersRFIs, scheduling, meeting summaries, and field communication
  • AI for Safety ManagersJHAs, incident reports, compliance documentation, and pre-task planning
  • AI for Administration and HROnboarding, policy drafting, internal communications, and HR workflows
  • AI for Future ExecutivesStrategic application and leadership readiness
  • AI for Sales and MarketingProposals, follow-up sequences, content creation, and bid strategy
  • AI CouncilFor executives leading company-wide AI adoption and governance
How is the curriculum customized for our specific company?
Before any training begins, we conduct dedicated planning sessions with your stakeholders to align the agenda to your specific workflows.
You can add or refine agenda items. We then research your context, customize examples and use cases, and build content that reflects how your teams actually operate rather than a generic corporate scenario.
What does each training session actually include?
Sessions are built around applied learning, not slide decks and theory — participants leave with real tools and templates.
  • Downloadable prompt libraries they can use immediately
  • Role-specific AI templates tied to real job tasks
  • Hands-on exercises completed during the session itself
  • Personal productivity mapping to identify their highest-ROI AI opportunities
  • A post-training survey to measure confidence and adoption readiness
Do participants receive a certification when they complete a track?
Yes — every completed track earns a verified digital credential and a shareable badge at one of three levels.
  • Level 101 — BeginnerAI literacy and foundational tool usage
  • Level 201 — PractitionerRole-based skill application and workflow building
  • Level 301 — SpecialistMastery, automation, and strategic implementation
Credentials are shareable on LinkedIn and represent verified AI competency, not just course attendance.
Can you train internal people so we can scale training on our own?
Yes. Train-the-trainer enablement is a core part of how we work.
We recommend that internal trainers participate in the first foundational session alongside staff to observe the curriculum and facilitation approach firsthand. From there, we equip them with facilitator guides, curriculum materials, and coaching so they can independently lead future sessions as your organization grows.
What is Personal Productivity Mapping?
A structured process where we identify each participant's most repetitive tasks and map where AI delivers the fastest return.
Those redundancies get mapped into a grid, allowing teams to prioritize where AI delivers the fastest and most measurable return. It turns "AI sounds interesting" into "here is exactly where AI saves me five hours a week."

Delivery and Format — 5 Questions

Is training delivered in person or virtually?
It depends on the program — Intro to AI is always in person, while most departmental tracks are delivered virtually.
  • Intro to AIAlways delivered in person for maximum engagement and adoption momentum
  • AI for Project ManagersCan be delivered either virtually or in person based on your preference and operational needs
  • All other departmental programsDelivered virtually via Microsoft Teams or your preferred platform
How large are the training cohorts?
Cohort sizes are calibrated to the depth of interaction each program requires.
Foundational AI literacy sessions accommodate up to 50 participants. Role-specific programs such as AI for Project Managers are limited to approximately 30 participants to ensure hands-on interaction and deeper applied learning.
What is an AI Shadowing session?
A five-hour hands-on coaching engagement delivered via Microsoft Teams, structured around your specific workflows.
It is structured as two 1.5-hour working sessions, supported by an initial discovery segment and concluded with a formal ROI analysis based on the opportunity cost of the time saved. One complimentary AI Shadowing session is included in the core program. Additional sessions are available on demand.
What happens after the initial training is complete?
Training completion is a starting point, not a finish line — ongoing adoption support continues throughout the year.
Dynaimix supports ongoing adoption through bi-monthly Ask Me Anything sessions with live AI demonstrations, on-demand AI Shadowing engagements for workflow-specific coaching, AI Dream Sessions to identify and design custom AI tools, and executive advisory as your AI needs evolve throughout the year.
Can training eventually scale to our field teams, not just office staff?
Yes. The phased approach is designed with field team extension in mind from the start.
We start with office staff to build internal champions and establish governance first, then use that infrastructure to extend AI responsibly into field operations when the organization is ready.

AI Tools and Technology — 4 Questions

Do you recommend a specific AI platform or tool?
Dynaimix is completely platform-neutral. We do not resell, promote, or earn commissions from any AI vendor.
We evaluate platforms objectively based on your specific needs including security posture, cost, usability, integration requirements, and expected ROI, and then recommend what is genuinely best for your organization. We work for you, not a software company.
We are already using Microsoft 365 or Copilot. Can you work within that?
Yes — we have specific training built around Microsoft 365 and Copilot environments and can support Copilot-specific rollouts.
If your organization is standardizing on the Microsoft stack, we tailor the curriculum to get the most out of those tools rather than training on platforms you are not using. We hold Microsoft's Fundamentals of Microsoft 365 Generative AI certification.
Can you build custom AI tools for our specific workflows?
Yes, through our AI Dream Sessions — structured engagements where we identify high-impact custom AI tool opportunities.
These are structured two-session engagements where Dynaimix collaborates with your stakeholders to produce a formal Statement of Work defining the tool concept, expected ROI, features, and implementation roadmap. One complimentary AI Dream Session is included in the core program.
How do you handle data security when working with AI tools?
Data security is treated as a first-class requirement during platform selection, not an afterthought.
Every tool recommendation accounts for data handling practices, access controls, enterprise governance requirements, and your organization's specific risk tolerance. We also help establish usage guardrails through the AI Council so your teams are never using AI in ways that expose sensitive information.

Governance and Policy — 3 Questions

What is an AI Council and does our company actually need one?
An AI Council is the governance structure that provides leadership alignment, decision-making frameworks, and policy oversight for your AI adoption.
It determines which tools are approved, how data can be used, what the AI roadmap looks like, and how risks are managed. If your team is already using AI without one, you are accumulating risk you may not see yet. Dynaimix facilitates the AI Council externally, so you get enterprise-grade governance without needing to hire a dedicated AI officer.
How do you help manage resistance or fear of AI among employees?
Resistance is almost always rooted in uncertainty — we address this directly through how training is structured.
We embed change management into every session, work with leadership to align messaging around why AI is being adopted, and identify early adopters who can champion AI organically within their own teams.
What does a company AI policy actually include?
A complete AI policy covers approved tools, data handling guidelines, acceptable use parameters, and governance review cycles.
It also includes escalation paths for when AI produces errors, and regular governance review cycles. Dynaimix helps you build all of this through the AI Council so your team is using AI in ways that are intentional, safe, and aligned with your company values.

Pricing and ROI — 4 Questions

How is Dynaimix priced?
Overall cost is based on the number of participants being trained and the level of depth required during Year One.
We offer both per-seat individual pricing and a company-wide license that covers unlimited seats. Contact us for a custom quote based on your team size and program scope.
What is included at no additional cost?
Every core program includes one complimentary AI Shadowing session and one complimentary AI Dream Session.
The AI Shadowing session provides hands-on applied coaching. The AI Dream Session is focused on identifying and outlining opportunities for a custom AI tool. Additional sessions for both are available to purchase on demand.
How do we measure the return on investment from AI training?
ROI is measured throughout the engagement rather than at the end of it, starting before training even begins.
Personal Productivity Mapping identifies time-saving opportunities before training begins. Post-training surveys measure participant confidence and adoption readiness. AI Shadowing sessions conclude with a formal ROI analysis based on opportunity cost of time saved. Teams consistently identify 20 to 30 percent productivity improvements in their most repetitive tasks.
How does this compare in cost to hiring an AI consultant?
Significantly more cost-effective and with far broader organizational reach than a traditional AI consultant.
A traditional AI consultant typically works with leadership in isolation and produces strategy documents that rarely reach the people doing the actual work. Dynaimix builds AI capability across your entire organization at enterprise-grade depth and a fraction of the typical consulting cost.
