How the Process Works
Our process begins with what we call an AI Dream Session. In this session, we sit down with you to discuss your company’s goals, the platforms you currently use, and identify any redundancies. We also evaluate your manpower and existing policies and procedures.
The aim is to create a solid business case that aligns tool development and strategic changes with your growth projections, marketing efforts, manpower needs, revenue goals, efficiencies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
After the Dream Session, we provide you with a strategic proposal. This proposal outlines the level of effort required to achieve your goals, whether through project-based initiatives or a recurring monthly retainer. Our team will feel like an extension of your own, not just providing theoretical insights or reports but also overseeing the execution to ensure you reach your goals.
